It is easy to come on Google and leave a bad review. The business of death is not easy. I know. I was in it. It does not know what a 7 A.M to 3 P.M. shift is. You deal with people at their absolute worst. I have known Lissee for a long time. They don't come much better. She does a ton of things in town you never hear about. To leave a bad review on a Funeral Homes web page while endorsing a competitor is pretty low. You are not talking about how your steak was cooked at a local restaurant. Were you the perfect client? One thing I have learned. No matter how flat you make a pancake, it still has two sides. I bet if Lissee responded, that would be the case.
